Looking for someone who understand Best Practices in regards to developing a process for Intranet and Infrastructure sites.
Understand best backup and anti-virus options
Be able to translate business requirements into Best Practices
Multi-tier environnment
Development and Production

This will be cross role of Sharepoint Engineer and Administration. Must be able to understand architecture in regards to troubleshooting issues.
